No. Our pricing is completely transparent, you only pay the subscription fee for the plan you select. There are no hidden charges for setup, onboarding, or upgrades.

The only additional costs outside your subscription may include:

  1. Optional add-ons – such as miu credit top-ups if you need more usage than what’s included in your plan.

  2. Managed services – if you prefer our team to help manage or optimize your chatbot on your behalf.

  3. Third-party channel fees – for example, WhatsApp Business API usage. Features like broadcasting require credits purchased directly from Meta, which are billed separately.

Yes. miu.ai is designed to grow with your business. You can upgrade to unlock more features, credits, or users whenever you need them, or downgrade if your needs change. Adjustments can be made directly from your account dashboard, and changes take effect in the next billing cycle, so you’re always in control of your costs.

At the end of the 14-day trial, your chatbot will pause until you select a plan. All your data, flows, and training are saved, so you won’t lose any progress. Once you activate a plan, your chatbot will resume immediately with all the work you’ve already done.

Each plan comes with a set number of miu credits, which are consumed whenever AI is involved in powering your chatbot. Credits are used in four main areas:

  1. External Chat – Every AI-generated response sent to your customers (on web, WhatsApp, social channels, etc.) will use credits.

  2. Internal Chat – When your team uses the internal assistant (like ChatGPT for your company knowledge), credits are consumed for each AI response.

  3. Training – Uploading files, FAQs, or website pages for AI to process and structure into knowledge also consumes credits.

  4. API Calls – When you connect miu.ai to external systems or trigger automations via API, credits are used to handle those requests.

This way, credits reflect the actual AI work done across customer chats, internal support, training, and integrations — giving you flexibility to use them where your business needs it most.
